PlanItClubs is a platform that helps schools organise, manage, and track their enrichment activities, clubs, fixtures, and trips. It brings together students, teachers, and administrators so that sign-ups, attendance, and communication all happen in one place.

PlanItClubs is designed for schools. Teachers use it to run and track clubs, students use it to sign up and manage their schedules, and administrators use it to oversee all activities across the school.

Your school will provide you with a username and password. Simply go to PlanItClubs' login page and enter your credentials. If you’ve forgotten them, you can reset your password or contact your school’s system administrator.

From your teacher dashboard, click “Create Activity” and fill in the details — such as the name, description, day, time, location, and eligible year groups. You can also add co-teachers or assistants and set maximum capacity limits.

Yes. You can specify criteria such as year groups, gender, or prerequisites when setting up your club so that only eligible students can see and join it.

Each activity appears in your teacher calendar. Click on the session to open the attendance list — mark students as present, absent, or late, and PlanItClubs will automatically update student and parent dashboards.

You can cancel or postpone a session from your calendar. If you’re unexpectedly absent, administrators can merge or cancel your club for that day, and all participants are automatically notified.

Log in to your student dashboard, browse the list of available clubs, and click “Join.” If a club is full, you’ll be added to the reserve list and automatically notified if a spot becomes available.

Yes — all your current clubs appear in your dashboard calendar. You’ll also see notifications about upcoming sessions, cancellations, or schedule changes.

PlanItClubs automatically checks for schedule clashes. If there’s a conflict, you’ll be alerted and can choose which activity to prioritise.

Go to your joined clubs list and click “Leave Club.” Your spot will reopen for someone on the reserve list.

Yes. Parent accounts are linked to their children’s profiles, so you can view club timetables, attendance records, and notifications in one place.

Absolutely. Parents receive automatic updates whenever there’s a change to a session or if a student’s attendance is recorded as absent.

This depends on your school’s settings. Some schools allow parents to manage sign-ups, while others let students choose their own activities. Check your school’s policy for details.

The admin dashboard provides a full overview of all activities, teachers, rooms, and participants. Admins can create clubs, approve proposals, assign teachers, merge or cancel sessions, and track attendance across the whole school.

Yes. PlanItClubs can integrate securely with MIS systems such as iSAMS, ManageBac, and others to sync student and staff data automatically.

Yes — admins can export attendance summaries, participation data, and club statistics for analysis or reporting.

Yes. PlanItClubs is fully responsive and works smoothly on desktops, tablets, and smartphones.

On the login page, click “Forgot password?” and follow the instructions. If your school manages accounts manually, you may need to contact your school’s admin team.

Absolutely. PlanItClubs uses secure encrypted connections (HTTPS) and follows international data protection standards to keep your school’s information safe.
